I called and emailed Bill the owner after having read a lot of his reviews (Bill's record of service is immaculate) including the negative ones (they are few and far between, I noticed), and I must say, Bill is one stand up gentleman. He was extremely straight forward and to the point and explained the whole process to me. I am new to the whole car transporting business and Bill (the boss) really broke it down in layman terms, and helped me understand what I was going to be getting into. Thanks Bill! Super Helpful! I would recommend Bill to anyone.
