Bill was an excellent broker that I would use again. I was a little leery at first because he comes off as a hard sell, but he was certainly worth the extra money it cost to use him. He had a few transporters for me to choose from within 2 hours of speaking with him, and I had the opportunity to have a 3 way conversation with them so I could ask questions and decide whom I wanted to use.

Bill followed up with a reservation with my transporter and communicated with me every step of the way through email and phone calls. He called to make sure the car was picked up on time and called to make sure we were happy with the delivery.

The pickup and delivery were on time as promised, and I even paid $50 less then I thought it was going to cost.

Bill is a total professional who really goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy. I HIGHLY recommend him.
