I actually chose to work with Bill based on the reviews from Transport Reviews and the fact that he owns his company and he is the one point of contact throughout the process. Some may offer you lower cost options, but I adhere to the "you get what you pay for" concept and he did not disappoint. Also, knowing that he is on the other end of every call makes me more comfortable considering that I'm moving something of value. NOTE: The delivery was late, but I was okay with that because the driver was willing to attempt delivery on Easter AND unfortunately ran into several accidents along the interstate that caused repeated delays. This was nothing that Bill could have controlled anyway. Should I need to move anything in the future, I will not hesitate to work with Bill.
