2nd time shipping better than the 1st - Great experience

This was my second time shipping a vehicle. I worked directly with Bill, the owner. The process was smooth and efficient. Bill took time explaining the business model for shipping a vehicle, which was educational and informative (I wasn't aware on the process the first time I shipped). My turnaround time for shipment was short. Bill assured me he could get it done and within what we both considered to be a reasonable price. A few hours later Bill sent me an email confirming my shipment had been scheduled and for the price we discussed. I should note that I had two other companies quoting prices for me (turns out they are owned by the same owner) and Bill was able to get the job done in half the time for less money.

Bill is passionate about his business and the clients he works for. He is a true "New Yorker" and that comes out when you speak/work with him. I would recommend using Transport Connection to anyone needing to ship a vehicle. Bill and the company that he used to do the actual hauling of the vehicle were excellent.

**Yes, when you ship your vehicle in the open it arrives dirty. Just part of the process.
