Bill was excellent to deal with, I was hesitant to pay a broker a fee for aligning a carrier when it's something I could have done myself. From my brief experience, i think the true value lies in that going through Bill you upfront minimize the risk of something going wrong since he knows the industry, and secondly if an issue does occur, he will do the messy work that would be a nightmare if you had to deal with yourself and I firmly believe he would communicate you through any issue and get great results.
