Having never had to transport a vehicle, I was very apprehensive about the process and very wary of being taken advantage of based on some of the reviews that I was reading. The entire event was a family problem and was very unexpected. I sent an email, for a quote, to Transport Connection. I received the quote and Bill called several hours later and worked with me on the issues. His quote was acceptable and I felt that he would value me as a cusomter. He completed a conference call with the actual driver and that put me at ease over the issues that I was facing. Bill was very kind as was the actual driver, Calin. I highly recommend working with Transport Connection.
