Bill is quite the man. Both times he had me on the phone he had me laughing (gird yourself for a little cussing if he senses you can handle it). With me both times he was able to get a trucker on a conference call as we spoke and he followed up with another conference call to seal the deal. Like his company says he has the "connections". And listening to the truckers on the conference calls I trusted he was getting the lowest price. A little higher than those low ball bids you get initially but this being my third transport I knew those can result in waiting around 3 or 4 weeks and then possibly an upcharge. Bill lays it out very very frankly :-) Thanks Bill!
