With so many companies and promises out there, it's hard to select a one that is genuine and reputable. After talking to Bill for the first time, I realized his extensive experience and knowledge, his willingness to address my concerns, and his strong commitment to deliver superb customer service and reliable transportation. Because of these great qualities, I agreed to give Bill a deposit of $300 to ship my car enclosed at the end of January 2012 from Southern California to Chicago. Unfortunately for me, a few days later I learned the job offer I had in Chicago fell through due to an organizational change in the company. As soon as I gathered my thoughts and realized I had to stay at my current job in California, I contacted Bill to deliver the news and cancel my order. To my extreme satisfaction, Bill listened to my situation and immediately refunded my entire deposit.

Look no further and work with Bill. He is a genuine person who is devoted to giving his customers nothing short of the best. Without a doubt, I will be working with him when the stars realign and it's time for me to make the move back to the Midwest.
