If you are looking for "peace of mind" when shipping your vehicle, call Bill at Transport Connection. I needed to ship a car out to my college student son (from NJ to AZ) in late December and had no idea where to begin. I searched many companies using transport reviews and contacted the highest rated ones. I received a range of prices but it wasn't until I called Bill that I actually understood the process. Bill educated me as to what happens, the importance of a competitive bid, and the complexity to my particular case. I was shipping across country, during the week between Christmas and New Year's, and I had a specific date that the car needed to be delivered by. It was very important for my son to receive the car on time so I was very nervous about the whole process. I have to say that Bill pulled through with flying colors. He was always available if I called and gave me personalized attention. Once a carrier committed to my job, I had direct contact with the truck driver. Car pick up was timely and professional as was the delivery. Everything happened as planned (or should I say as Bill said it would) and I always felt like I could call and get information at any time. So Bill, thank you, thank you, thank you and I will be calling you again next year to have the car shipped back!
