Quicker and easier than expected

I think the biggest advantage for me of using Transport Connection was educational. As a first-timer I didn't have the slightest idea of how car transport companies worked and Bill patiently explained the ropes to me. For example:
The internet quotes are based just on mileage. But if one lives in a rural out-of-the way place, as I do, the numbers aren't relevant because no carrier would be willing to go there at that price. Bill explained that if I had my route posted as I originally wanted, it was unlikely anyone would pick it up. To get some action I needed to pick a bigger city on a major route unless I wanted to pay a lot extra. That was a problem, because it left me scrambling to get my car the rest of the way home, but I managed it with the help of friends.

And it worked like a charm: my order was picked up in an hour or two by a guy who does individual car transport on a flatbed trailer and he picked up my car the next day. I had to hustle to beat him to my destination to take delivery. That's a nice problem to have! Had I not changed my destination city, as suggested by Bill, I might STILL be waiting for someone to pick up my order to get my car to my remote rural location. Instead the whole transport was over so quickly I didn't have time to worry about it.

It is hard to overstate the value of Bill's advice and experience. Well worth his fee in my view.

And I'd like to put in a plug for "Sergei" and his one-man business Autograsshopper, LLC. He was reliable and patient with his worried customer. A bit hard to understand on the cell phone (accent) but easy to reach as needed. My brand new car arrived a bit dirty, as expected given the winter weather, but without a scratch. Bill said he wished he had more carriers like Sergei and I can see why.
