After 4 horrible customer service experiences with auto transport companies that need lessons in customer service and attitudes, I came across transportation Connection. What a blessing! Within minutes of talking with Bill, he took about a 500 pound weight off my shoulders and made me feel at ease and comfortable that my vehicle would not only arrive on time, but with the utmost care. He immediately called the carrier on a conference call and I was able to ask questions and discuss my concerns. Bill does honest, no hidden agenda business, the old-fashioned way and I APPRECIATE THAT!
