I contacted Bill when I was desperate to get a car moved from Tampa to Denver in a hurry as i thought i was getting stiffed by another broker. Bill was very prompt and actually initiated a 3 way call with a carrier on the spot to get the ball rolling for me. As it turns out, the initial carrier/broker came through at the 11th hour for me, but based on my brief interaction with Bill, I would definitely call him in the future if i ever need to transport another car across country.
