Got ahold of Bill and he took care of everything, could have had the car picked up in hours, but we scheduled for monday, they arrived only an hour late to pick up the car, but had it to my door so fast I couldn't believe it, basically 48 hours from pick up to drop off. I'll be using them again next time!
