Bill was easy to contact by phone and very helpful. He put me in touch with a driver that was the same way. They were very flexible and accommodating when arranging pickup of the vehicle. I was unable to be present to give them the keys, however they reliably picked up my car and called me to let me know they had. They kept in touch with me by phone throughout the transport process, arrived just when they said they would, and gave me plenty of notice about their arrival time. I was extremely satisfied with their customer service. My car did arrive a little dirty, with oil spots from the car above it, but was otherwise unscratched. The oil came off with a simple carwash and I have no other complaints. I thank Bill for using reliable drivers and E&R Auto Transport for delivering my car as promised.
