Let me preface this post by saying that I ultimately had a family member drive my vehicle to Alaska rather than shipping it.

That being said....

Bill was awesome! Rather than just throwing a random quote at me to get me to sign, he actually conferenced in each of the ferry companies that work in Alaska and I was able to hear first hand what the best rate was (one company was hundreds of dollars more expensive). With Bill, there's no B.S.. He made sure that my quote was realistic and would actually be accepted by a carrier, rather than low-balling the quote to get my initial commitment only to bait-and-switch later.

When I had to cancel, I sent Bill an email. Within 5 minutes Bill called me to say that my deposit would be immediately refunded and he emailed me a receipt before I was off the phone.

There is no doubt in my mind that my vehicle would have been safe in Bill's hands. It's a relief to deal with a no-nonsense company in this industry that is full of runarounds.
