I had never shipped a car anywhere and was anxious about the process, especially after receiving many quotes and being besieged by e-mails from many transport companies. I needed to bring my college son's car back east to CT after his CA graduation, and I chose Bill and Transport Connection because he seemed like a "real, regular guy" on the phone. He did everything he said he would do at what felt like a fair price. Car was picked up when promised on a Thursday, and delivered when promised, in the same condition, 10 days later, much to my relief. I would do business with Bill again.
