Moving my 1967 crew cab dodge truck to VA

I received a quote from transportcenter.net from "Brissa", who I was never able to reach about the quote. I called to book transport for my truck on Friday April 27 2012 and was told by Marvin Duran that someone would contact me the next day (Saturday) about pick up on May 1 2012. Marvin was very insistent to get a credit card number to reserve the spot, as he had a driver in the area on that day. Once the card number was given I got lots of promises...and NEVER heard from him (or anyone else at the company) again. I received no call about scheduling on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday... I called Marvin 5 times on Saturday, 20-25 times on Monday, 25-30 times on Tuesday (all calls going straight to voice mail, with not one call returned). I tried to get in touch with ANYONE at the company with no luck... On Wednesday I cancelled the order, reversed the charges on my credit card and booked with another carrier. It seems this is a SMALL time, 1 man operation, which in itself would not be bad... However it seems Marvin is the only person there, and once he's got your money... HE'S GONE!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this misrepresentation of a business... I wasted a week of time and got lots of hassles as I had to cancel my credit card and have another one issued, schedule with another carrier and write this negative review. The rating for this business should be "incompetent" but the ratings stop at "poor"...
