I purchased an SUV from a car dealership in Brooklyn, NY. The car dealership recommended Jason Cole at Transcar to ship the truck to California. Jason took care of everything, and he was great. When the actual transport company gave me problems with delivery, he jumped in on my behalf and helped me resolve the issue. He made himself available at all times if I had issues from start to finish. Jason was terrific, and I am thankful for his help and direction when I had problems. Jason's intervention led to a resolution of the issue I had with the actual shipping company. Highly recommend! Brenda E
