contract was made and deposit on July/10/13 car was never pick up because they never told the drivers that it was a non-opt i waited 22 days and still excuses by the owner alan matos and manager mike and there central coordinator stuart lyod lied to me the wouldn't even call me me to follow up about anything dino took the deposit and never called me back but the owner alan matos refused to give me back my deposit so i can find another carrier to get my car transported i would not deal with this company they lied to me over and to several carriers ask d&l carriers owner david hes located in illinois this company will take you for a ride and stuart lyod is a good liair i called alan matos the owner i asked him to please call me but never did i lost three days of work trying to get them to please find a carrier to pick up and transport my car i have over three hundred calls and a total of five phone bill pages to prove it so if time and money matters please stay away from this company they will make you insane or cause you to stress out over the rudeness lies after lies and empty promises i have never understand why if you are a customer service and transporter co you lack honesty and customer will not and should not be given empty promises enjoy the carma transauto-transport its 10am Florida time i just received a call from trans-autotransport from stuart lyod telling me that he will take action against me for being honest i told him not to threaten me or call me i hope his boss owner alan matos or mike are aware of his calls to me im done with the lack of services that trans-autotransport has to offer

I see Trans Auto Transport has replied to my original review. I would now like to respond. There response said the 1st truck was dispatched and my brother was no where to be found. First of all this pick up never existed I contacted the company with the information trans auto transport provided and the dispatcher I spoke to today stated there was never a contract because they did not have a winch on their trucks to pick up the car so the carrier was never dispatched out to us. This truck never came.... The second carrier I have spoken to several times and he came to pick up the car on the 26th and Trans Auto Transport asked for him to pay a for a flat bed tow truck and they would reimburse him. Needless to say he left and said he would never deal with trans auto transport again. It amazes me that a business cannot be honest and professional. Trans Auto Transport says they put in lot of hours for this pick up well so did I. I have the phone records of me calling them. At one point I was given 4-5 numbers by Stuart at trans Auto Transport for me to contact carriers my self because he was on the other line and they always said give us a few hours after 21 day that got real old.Here I thought I was the customer! I hope whoever reads this review contacts the carriers they listed and they can find out for themselves how Dishonest Trans Auto transport is. I even had to send a map so they could see where the car was located could they not do this themselves they had the address. I was told by several carriers that I called that they saw my car on Central Dispatch and they said they would not touch the car because it was a non op. So on the 1st I found out they canceled my contract and within 72 hours I hired a carrier myself and my car is here now. They stated they were going to give me my deposit back and that has not happened It states on the contract door to door that never happened. The contract states pickup within 48 hours they could not get my vehicle picked up in 21 days. The contract also states a refund can be issued after 10 days that did not happen when I asked Allen Matos for the deposit he told me to talk to Stuart and we went in circles. Finally I have the email stating they were taking care of the deposit as we speak (in the email) . The deposit still has yet to be returned. But Like I said and like there response says they submitted the info of these carriers they supposedly dispatched call them for yourselves and you will see the problem was not with me, the customer but with the company Trans Auto Transport.
