Overall the service was very good. It is not excellent because initially I was told vehicle would be picked up on 12/06 (Mon) and delivered by 12/09 (Thur). This information, in turn, was relayed to my client in TX. On 12/05 (Sun) I called the assigned transport to make arrangements and make sure we were on schedule; I was informed truck was down for repairs. This prompted another transport to be arranged; which could not reach the drop off location until three days later than what I was initially quoted. This worried my client, since plans were made to use his new car on 12/10 (Fri), and the fact that it would be three extra days out on the road.
