The service was great. Only problem was that the driver did not know the truck was initially inoperable. I helped push the vehicle to the loader just to find out that my car could not be " jumped ". The driver was very respectful an apologetic that the mishap was easily forgotten. I bought a new battery, started the truck and called the driver back. He initially left secondary to the inability to transport an inoperatable vehicle. I called him back because he was so professional and personable. Great service. I have used Total car service before and was happy with the service. I reccommend them without reservation.
