I wanted to ship my car from Marysville, Ohio to Cupertino, CA due to relocation of my project. I contacted Total Car Shipping company. Tanya was the first with whom I got in touch. She was very helpful in giving clear cut details of the logistics and timelines to deliver my car at California.

After finalizing the quote for shipping, a truck driver would pick up the car at door step. He was very prompt in picking up the car (Nissan Versa 2007 model Sedan) at a given time. He checked for dents, broken stuff etc in the car before it was picked up. I was allowed to put around 100 pounds of my personal item in car trunk. I put less valuable items in the trunk. Once the car left Marysville, Ohio there was a direct debit of $199 in my bank account.

After 6 days since the truck driver left Ohio, he gave me a call to deliver my car at destination. I checked the vehicle and found to be absolutely perfect except that it had low air pressure in both rear wheels. Once the car was delivered at my doorstep in California, I paid $700 (balance) in cash to the truck driver. Only CASH PAYMENT at final delivery.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with logistics and arrangements that were made by Total Car Shipping company. I would recommend this company for car shipping in future for my friends.
