When I first put in a request for quotes I didn't know what to expect. I got lots of emails and a numbr of phone calls. Severa of the shippers suggested checking with the Better Businsee Bureau and that really helped me filter out some.

There were still several in the running after checking with the BBB.

Of all the companies I spoke with, Total car Shipping seemed to have the most going for it. I checked the BBB and they were as good or better than the others and their quote was very competitive. Nilda was very on top of things and followed up quickly. I asked her what the impact of changing delivery from home to work would have and she called me back and emailed a revised quote within a few minutes. She was very thorough and when I decided to go with their quote, she had a driver assigned within a few minutes, even though it was early evening.

I scheduled this on Wednesday and the driver was to pickup the car on Friday. Turns out the dealer was hoping to have all day Friday to prep it but I didn't want to reschedule pickup. Late afternoon the driver contacted the dealer (I think the car was ready by then) and they mutually agreed on Saturday pickup. The driver ran into some hydraulics issues that delayed him a little but he was very upfront with me and assured me that my car was unaffected, he just couldn't unload & load cars behind it. So the original delivery date of Monday turned into Wednesday but I am very happy with the service, both of the transport broker and their contracted driver and his company.

I'd definitely use them again if I am in need of auto transport again in the future.
