Nilda at Total Car arranged transport of my car. The car was picked up on time and delivered sooner than I expected which is a plus. I ordered an open carrier and I expected that the car would be dirty, and it was. The car was picked up in Minnesota in January under snowy and icy conditions and driven through bad weather so I have no complaints about the car being dirty at all. I chose the open transport because it was cheaper. The car did not sustain any damage at all. The driver took his time loading and unloading the vehicle to avoid any damage. The price was great compared to all others. I paid 650.00 for door to door service. Everyone was very pleasant. No problems. I would recommend based on my experience.
