My initial contact person (Gina) was clear, precise and honest about the transport process and fees. She understood my needs and concerns and addressed them honestly. It was important that my family coordinate the transport date of the vehicle with our plane tickets from California which also coordinated with my sister's admission into a hospital in Philadelphia, PA directly from the airport upon landing. Everything went smoothly.

The price of shipping was fair and competitive when you consider that necessary medical items were packed in the trunk of the vehicle. Everything arrived within the ten day quoted period and in excellent condition. The vehicle was dirty almost beyond recognition but, again, I was told that this might be an outcome when vehicles are transported on an open carrier. The vehicle was fine once taken to a local carwash.

My rating of "average" relates to one problem I encountered. A language communication problem with the gentleman who initially picked up the vehicle (very heavy Russian accent)and the second driver who contacted me mid-trip (heavy Latin accent). Very nice gentlemen when I met them in person but, communicating with them on a cell phone was "HAIR RAISING" when trying to confirm directions and time.
