Top Notch was just that. Kathy and Nikki were nice to deal with and had great follow thru. However, the Carrier CNS Transport dropped the ball. Pick up of my classic 1965 Tempest Convertible was right on time May 6th and driver Mike was very nice. I paid extra to have car enclosed and the truck that showed up was very impressive.
HOWEVER, this is where all the good stuff ended. The car was to be delivered May 11th in Arizona, I flew from Washington to make sure I was there for delivery. I tried contacting the driver, & the Owner and heard nothing on the 11th. Then on the 12th I tried again first the driver and then the owner to find out where my car was? Why had I not been contacted?

I finally received a call back from owner of CNS Carl saying my car was ready for delivery but due to Mothers Day it would now be May 14th!!..Not Happy but agreed. As mentioned I paid extra to have car enclosed but when the car was delivered Carl admitted that the car had been sitting in his lot for 3 days 100-106 temp. and there was a dust storm that covered the car, so he took a hose to it in the 100 degree heat.....anyone that knows about cars knows you NEVER do that and so now my car is all watered spotted....what happen to enclosed I paid extra $600 for. Very disappointed for the money I had paid and the promise made by CNS Transport. I had to wash and gently clean whole car with specail detergent as dust and water marks were everywhere.
I called and talked with Top Notch and found KAthy to be upset and not happy with treatment. Do not us CNS as they have no clue to handling Valuable Cars!
