Late Car / Non Payment

Top Class was given a car to pick up on 3/23 the date of pick up was 3/25 on 3/26 after my company had to go and pick up the car, before the customer missed her plane, they showed up, after calling and saying they would be here by 5 pm. Of course they were late then as well.
They loaded the car then drove it back to their terminal in Coral Springs. Ont 3 / 28 no one from Top Class would return our calls. Then later that day, I was called by our customer stating that the truck was broken down somewhere in New Jersey, we asked the driver where, the customer was going to meet him in New Jersey to get her car. then they had no answer. by the next day our customer was furious, only to find out her car had never left florida and it was still sitting in their yard. on 3/29 late the car was picked up by yet another company without our knowledge. so now we are dealing with yet another person. Long story Short, Top Class agreed to pay our customer the rental car fee of 158.34 for being late, the car finally arrived on 3/31. today is 6/15 our customer still does not have her reimbursement, she has now charged back her credit card, and the only response I get from top class is send over the credit card form and I will pay it, after the 3rd attempt, they now will not answer our calls, and hang up on us when we do get them.
I just want them to take responsibility for what they said they would do, and pay me the 158.34.
