Top 9 Transport Company did $3000 damages to my car and I now find out that owner ED NOBRE does not want to pay. Apparently owner ED NOBRE does not turn claims into his insurance company because his rates will rise, or perhaps he is just to lazy. Top 9 initially said that they would pay out of pocket but now his assistant Jennifer just keeps making excuses like "I just can't seem to get a hold of Ed" but we'll be in touch". Now they do not return calls.
Here's some good advice: get insurance through your auto insurance company just in case there are other "Eds/ Top 9s" out there AND of course STAY AWAY FROM TOP 9.
Apparently ED NOBRE owns other businesses in addition to his shabby auto transport business. These businesses may be related to trucking or construction. If you are thinking of doing business with ED NOBRE, you may want to consider taking your business elsewhere. ED NOBRE shafted me, so I doubt he would hesitate to do the same to you.
