Started off with them contacting me with a really cheap quote (too good to be true). i spoke with Kobe and we made the deal within 20 minutes, which was great, a $125 deposit, then COD. i was told that my truck would be picked up within the week and be a 2 day delivery, which was fine with me. The whole time Kobe remained in contact with me. Days continued to pass with no driver ever contacted. so when the week past i asked what was going on, he explained to me it is tough finding a driver, but then he gave me an actual pick-up date. that day comes, no pick up. i was very frustrated at this point, he blamed it on the holiday weekend. Understandable. Then the next week he said he signed a contract with a truck driver and it is guaranteed to get picked up now. that day finally comes, i give Kobe a call, no answer. continue to make calls to Kobe, or anyone, leaving messages by the dozen, emails, the whole 9 yards. Nothing. I am furious with this company, and I'm positive the rest of these posts are faked. Thank God that they never charged my deposit. I then found All Coast Auto Transport, that at the time of them taking my deposit of $150 had my truck to me within 3 days. And it was only $100 more. I am appalled with Tokooe and would never recommend them to anyone. Still waiting on a response from them.
