These guys know just what to do to scam you and rip you off. Once they have your deposit you're stuck. I got a quote from them for $475. I paid the $200 deposit and waited over a week for them to pick up my car. After 1 week of no communication and no car pick up I started calling......and calling.....and calling.... I finally talked to Chris, who gave me Jason's #. I started calling and calling and leaving messages. After 11 days of waiting my car was finally picked up. I talked to the actual truck driver who picked up my car and he said I owed another $450, making my total $650. I was shocked. I called and yelled and fought with both Chris and Jason. These bozos took it upon themselves to "rush order" my car and upcharge me and extra /$175 without my consent or knowledge. They said I can cancel the order and lose my deposit or just pay the $450. I was stuck! I was exhausted fighting with them. I got my car the next day and paid the $450. I am glad this is over! So stressful! And it shouldn't be stressful for a paying customer. These guys are scammers and are out to rip you off. I don't know how they are able to get away with this. Especially with all the bad reviews I've seen. I wish I saw them before I paid my deposit. They are so unprofessional. They work out of their house and have screaming babies in the background. I called one time a girl answered the phone and said Jason was out at his daughters school for the day and I had to call back. Also, if you look below this box, it asks if you are being paid for your review for Titanium which means all the good reviews they have are fake and paid for.
