This is the worst experience ever. Just wanted to get my 18 year old a car for Christmas and was told at the beginning, no problem, just pay the deposit. won't answer the phone. Won't return calls. Lied multiple times on a pick up date. Promised refund. NONE. out 200 dollars. When I called about a refund. Lied again and said it was sent to the wrong place. I called and was hung up on and I was not mean. Just wanted my refund. Fully going to report them to the Department of Transportation and the Better Business Bureau. Aweful, lying, decieptful people. Their website says voted number one, they must have voted themselves number one. Titanium, you have five days two refund my money from this date or I will post a review everyday for the next six month and cost you way more than my money.
