TItanium was the lowest bidder. Submitted the order online and recieved confirmation, however they do not answer the phone. Immediately you go into automated menu, holding, and have to leave a message. They do not get back to you. Estimated time of pickup came and went, no status update, no call or email. Apparently they could not get a drive to take the vehicle for what they quoted me. I thought they were professional and knew what they were doing but that is obviously not the case. Requested a refund of the $300 deposit but have not seen it yet and it has been almost 10 days now.

THis is the second time I am posting a negative review. The first one apparently Titanium disputed I was not a customer. I have forwarded multiple emails to Transport review documenting my transactions with Titanium. They are definitely scam artist, DO NOT USE TITANIUM TRANSPORT. I have reported them to the BBB. ANy questions please call or email, I will be glad to share my very unpleasant experience with the entire world one by on if thats what it takes to shut these guys down./ DO NOT USE TITANIUM TRANSPORT, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!
