We chose Time Auto because they were local to Detroit, and we were buying a car from a private seller in Michigan (we live in Philly). Time Auto agreed to hold the vehicle on their lot until our payment to the seller cleared. The check cleared on Friday afternoon, and we were told they'd assign a driver on Monday, and we'd receive it within 3-4 days. Only seeing one terrible review I was nervous that it would be more like 4 weeks. Imagine my surprise when the driver called to say it would be there Tuesday afternoon! It arrived in great condition. I would definitely use this company again - they were always available to answer the phone and were willing to be flexible with our unique situation.
