I used this company primary as they offered a "rebate" to use their service. I actually did not have any problems with the company but in filling for the rebate, I never received a response. I contact them after several months and the operator was friendly and apologized for not getting it. He assured me it would be in the mail........never received it. I contact him several times over the coming many months and he even put me in contact with someone at the disbursing office. Everyone I dealt with told me I would get my rebate. I eventually stopped receiving communications from and of course never received the rebate from using their service. They are dishonest and a fraud in my opinion. I work in an industry where me and my co-workers frequently move around the country. I will make sure that the car transporters inc is made known to be a company to not use.
