I needed to move two vehicles from the east coast to Oregon. I picked the Car Transporters Inc. because of their positive ratings, and I was not disappointed. My customer service rep, Francesca, thoroughly explained the process to me, and kept me informed throughout the move. The first vehicle was moved for the estimated price. The second vehicle needed to be picked up and delivered in small towns well off the beaten path. Francesca explained why this might cost more as trucking companies find a move like that less attractive as it ties up their truck and driver for a much longer period of time. Francesca outlined several options to me (some options were higher than the original estimate), but I never felt pressured to select the higher priced option. My experience with Francesca at the Car Transporters was very positive.
