I hired Francesca and the car transporters because they had good reviews and because she seemed honest and caring. I was transporting a rare classic car I inherited from my beloved father after he had passed. My father adored this car and had had it for almost 30 years. It was almost a member of the family! My father's dying wish was for me to take the car to my home on an enclosed transport. I didn't know much about cars or the transport business so what I thought would be an easy process quickly became evident in my research to be otherwise. After a ton of research and anxiety over who to pick, I decided to trust my gut and hire Francesca even though some other carriers were less expensive. I was not disappointed. Francesca patiently answered all my questions and put my fears to rest, convinced a transporter to back track for my fathers car so I wouldn't have to wait for another carrier to be in the area (there were not many enclosed carriers on the road and none in the area until Dan posted the night before). The driver, Dan Junck, was perfect. He called me when he picked up the car, made me feel at ease, and called me when he was an hour away and delivered the car 4 hours before expected even after driving through heavy rain. He took off his boots to drive it, protected the paint and checked that it was secure every 200 miles. It was a perfect experience. I would definitely recommend Francesca and Dan. If only I had known it would go so well. I could have saved myself some anxiety! Trust the reviews and your gut and hire Francesca!
