Brian was very helpful in explaining all the details of shipping an automobile from one state to another. He went into detail as to what the cost would be, as well as what was expected of the actual carrier, including how we would arrange pick-up and delivery. How and when we would be contacted by him and the carrier. How payment would be expected and in what forms it would be acceptable. He was able to answer any and all questions I had. He called when he said he would. Over all, he was pleasant and did not give any indication that he was in a hurry to end any call or rush me into any decisions or obligations about the planned movement of Mom's car. Everything went as planned. Should we ever be in a position to ship an automobile again, we will call "The Car Transporters Inc." again.
