This was my first time shipping a car and the task was a bit duanting, where to go, who to use etc. Brian was my contact with Car Transporters and he was very helpful and informative and took the mystery out of the process. I was shipping my car to my son, who is in the military, and he was not expecting to need a car at his destination. Once we realized that he had to have it, and there was no one in our family who had the time to drive it to him, I resorted to employing a service. After placing the order with Brian, and Car Transporters, I was contacted the very next day that they had found me a driver. They worked with my schedule and came that evening, since I work fulltime, the driver found a way to pick up my car even though he could not enter my neighborhood due to the size of his truck. The target delivery date was five days later and they actually called on the 3rd day to let my son know that it looked like they were going to be able to deliver his car one day early. Unfortunately the driver had some engne trouble so due to circumstnces out of their control it arrived one day later than planned but they kept us informed throughout the process. The car arrived intact and I am so grateful that a service such as this is available to the public as it really helped my family out of a bind. I would definitely use this company again and would whole heartily recommend it to anyone who is thinking of shipping a car. The price was one of the lowest that I was quoted as well.
