It is not often that you find someone willing to go that extra mile for you in time of need. I called Brian at The Car Transporters on a Tuesday for a quote on a car I was going to look at in Florida on the folowing Friday.I was going to buy the car based upon what I was told so I wanted to arrange shipping while there if possible. I told Brian I had a hundred dollar bonus in it if they could pick the car up Friday or Saturday before noon and he called me Thursday to say they would be there on Friday to get it. Was I impressed, as I really wanted to be there for the loading of the car.
Well, after I saw the car that was "perfect" according to the seller I was a bit frustrated to say the least. I would not have been seen in that car if you paid me it was so bad. So, I had to call Brian and tell him shipping it was off. I also talked to Tonya his dispatcher in the area and she even offered to help me find another car. They were so nice and understanding and know that I will be using their company soon when I do find that car I am looking for. I know it probably messed them and their scheduling up to cancel day of shipping but they never complained at all. Just thanked me for calling them and asked to me call back when I did find the right car.
So, if you want a worry free no hassle shipment of a prized possession give Brian a call. I know he will take care of you as he did with me. By the time you read this I may have purchased another car and had it delived so drop email me and I will tell you how good it was.
