Raise Prices at the Last Minute!!!

We had received a quote of $735 from TCT. But we had also received other competing quotes with lower prices. So Holly agreed to lower TCT price to $600 and we agreed to use TCT to ship our car. However we did not hear from TCT later as the shipping date came close. Finally we called Holly 4 days before the shipping date. This is when she asked to raise the price by $50 if TCT was to ship the car. We agreed and waited TCT to make arrangements. Again there was no call from TCT for the next couple of days. We called again 2 days before the car was supposed to be shipped and she asked us to raise the price further to the original $735. We had no choice but to agree as we had no time to contact other agencies.

It seems as if TCT agrees to lower the price in the first place to get customers and then holds the customers at ransom by waiting till the last minute to raise the price.

HOLLY 602-539-1330 or holly@car-transporters.com...Hi Chaitanya! I'm a little confused at this review as we did a price match for you and you knew the terms of the match. We try our absolute BEST to get a carrier for the lower rate but if the vehicle does not move we step the price back up to the original quote. You did not have to pay a penny over your original quote and i thought everyone was on the same page. I apologize for any confusion but we got a carrier 1 day after your ready date and it was delivered the day you arrived at your destination in perfect condition. It was great working with you and wish you all the best!
