Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Contracted with “The Car Carrier”, they brokered the transport out to another firm. The other firm damaged my mom’s car. The Car Carrier will not take ownership of the damage, neither will CAA Transport who did the damage. CAA is only willing to pay $100.00 of the $630.00 Estimate. They want me to sign a waiver to dissolve them of any other claim. All reviews within TransportReviews.com are negative on these two parties. Go figure. My ignorance for paying them in full once the car was delivered. I did notate the damage on the bill of lading as the driver also pointed out to me that the damage was new. Make sure you get referrals it’s so important. Stay away….
