I spoke with Mary ext 107 on Feb 21 to set up my vehicle shipment. She took my deposit over the phone and immediately went on vacation or something because I could never get in contact with her. I ended up dealing with Preet ext 103. He kept telling me they are working on finding a driver. I paid for expedited shipping thinking it would definately get picked up within my pickup window of MAR 2 thru MAR 4ht. I never got any calls from them. I had to make all the calls to ask about the status. Finally we went with the excellent MERCURY AUTO TRANSPORT. They picked up the very next day afer we called and I received my vehicle from Ga to Mt in 5 quick days. I called and spoke with Preet on Mar 15th and told them to canx the order 41827 because we have another company. He said he will forward it over to billing and I will receive a refund for the deposit. Which I have yet to receive and of course I can't get thru to them when I have tried to call. I left a message and no call back yet about my refund. DON'T USE THEM.

Oh and also, 4 days after I canx on Mar 19th they decide to call and tell me they have a driver. Well it was too late I already had my vehicle.

Jeri set this move up 1 day before Mary was schedualed for her trip and there are two lines in our office one to dispatch and one to Customer Service so that the customer can always reach us. when this customer did reach Preet he was completely honest with her and told her that we are doing everything in our power to get a driver out there. the reason for no refund is we did to have a driver and we were within contract time to get the vehicle.
