I was misled, believing that high prices and pleasant salespeople would result in a happy move. In the first week, my car was moved 600 miles and then sat, and eventually arrived on the very last day of the (generous) delivery window. I filed a complaint for a dent in the rear body, which was duly noted and acknowledged, in writing, by the delivery representative. The claim was denied, on the sole basis that "The origin inspection report, acknowledged by customer signature, notes like damage in like location customer is claiming." This was simply not true, as borne out by the documentary and photographic evidence. I appealed, and my appeal was denied, this time on the additional basis of "interviews" (with whom?) and "the terms of the Tn'T Uniform Straight Bill of Lading".

The damage was not major (and neither was my claim), but this blatant indifference and disregard for the truth does the company no credit whatsoever.

Incidentally, careful reading of the fine print on the offer of rental car coverage in case of delayed delivery shows that this is limited to $ 25 per day - well below current charges for any class of car rental. I sympathize with other reviewers of this company whose delivery was delayed for weeks or months.
