I recently moved to Maryland and decided to ship my BMW from California. After looking at many websites online I realized there was a difference between auto brokers and actual vehicle transport companies. TNT is owns their own transport trucks. I spoke with Tammy who was very friendly and knowledgeable, she helped me place my order over the phone. Within minutes I received a confirmation email and my car was picked up the next day as promised. Shipping was estimated at about 2 weeks but it arrived a week early! Due to small community streets the transport truck couldn't drop my car off at my door, but I spoke with the driver and he was able to drive it over to me. There were no damages to the car just a lot of dust, which is to be expected for an open air transport across country. Inspections of the car were done each time it was exchanged between employees with documentation to back it up. Their prices are in line with or slightly higher than other companies out there, but I think you definitely get what you pay for. I highly recommend TNT transport services, they are very professional and accommodating.
