I want to start out by saying that I am no different than most car guys in that I don't want just anybody working or transporting my cars. I was reluctant to purchase a vehicle more than 8 hours from home because I knew I would be faced with a car transporter dilemma. Well as luck would have it I found the dream car in Texas, 19+ hours away.... I live in NC. After flying out to inspect the car I contemplated driving the car 19+ hours back to NC but I knew that would be a big mistake. No one has any idea how many countless hours I spent on the internet researching enclosed car transport companies. Through this self inflicted ordeal I ran across TNT transport services. As I scratched through the long list of enclosed car transporters, TNT transport services won me over with the reviews I read. The nice lady I had the pleasure of dealing with was Mary Anno. From the start I let Mary know if I had to wait longer to get a driver that would treat my car like I would, that I was in no hurry. Mary reassured me she would take the worry out of the equation. I called & confirmed everything with Mary on Monday, 6-27-11. To my surprise she called me Wednesday 6-29-11 with some "good news" which was "would it be alright to pick your car up today"? I couldn't believe it! She also told me it would be delivered Friday 7-1-11, again I couldn't believe it. She told me I had nothing to worry about that Steve T. was picking my car up & he is one of the best. After talking with the seller of the car I had purchased & he met Steve he reassured me I was in good hands. That's when "peace of mind" kicked in! I have nothing but kind words to say about Mary Anno with TNT transport services & Steve T. the driver. The emails, phone communication, etc.,etc. was perfect. They do what they say & say what they do! Very Pleased! The car of my dreams? A 2002 Dodge Viper with 3k miles on it....
