From beginning to end this was one of my more enjoyable experiences. I started by submitting through the website for a quote which I was immediately emailed. After I realized this quote was the best price I confirmed we would be going with the quote and within minutes I was text by Anthony Sciola the owner who posses incredible customer service skills. The driver was a day late and had no communication the first day. I text Anthony and he got on it right away and within minutes of me texting him I had received a call finally from the driver. Anthony is setting all this up and working with drivers from all over the country so I totally understood sometimes drivers aren't the best at communicating, but Anthony made sure to get the driver in line, communicating, got the car picked up and then delivered in one less day than we thought! No damage or extra charges. I was simply given the quote and asked to put a deposit down and then have a cashiers check for the driver ready when he dropped it off. So in my opinion yes was frustrating at the beiggining, but trust me you will experience this with ANYONE you use, so go with TD because Anthony Sciola will make sure you are taken care of at the end of the day. If I was shipping another car I would not look any further than TD.
