Delivery was temporarily delayed due to equipment failure and the inability to get it repaired, I do not see this as an issue with the company as anything mechanical can go bad at any time and usually does so at the most unexpected time. The driver was very kind and courteous and let us know up front that he was concerned about the transmission as it had caused him some concern during the loading process. As it turned out it needed some transmission fluid and by his notification we were able to avoid any damage to the transmission or the engine while driving it to it's final destination. The dispatcher kept us informed in a timely manner concerning the load, the delay and the final arrival. We were extreemly satisfied and WILL use this carrier again if the opportunity arrises. If anyone contemplating using this company would like to contact me personally I would be happy to talk with them personally!
