Horrible Customer Service

After attempting to arrange a pickup time, I was told that the drivers would call in a 3 to 6 hour window. The driver that was dispatched called 45 mins prior to pickup while I was at work. I cancelled the initial pick up in hopes of rescheduling for the beginning of the following week. After my calls and voicemails for a different pickup time went unanswered I decided to use a different company. A week later a different independent transport company calls and asks when a good time to pick up the car would be. I explained that I had cancelled my work order with Superior and that the car had already been moved.
Then very cowardly I get an email with all terms and conditions, from Vincent, basically stating that they intend to charge my account again. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my bank.

Void the hassle of poor customer service from Vincent Turner and his associates and the outrageous fees associated with this company.
