This company is an absolute joke. I was originally told my car was going to be picked up on Monday afternoon. I never received a time confirmation and Sun Auto would not respond to my callls. Tuesday morning they said the truck would arrive between 5-6 that afternoon and I should expect a call from the truck driver. 4pm and still no word from the driver. I called Sun Auto multiple times and was told "he's on the way, he's doing other drop offs" repeatedly. 7pm and no word frm the driver and Sun Auto just stopped responding altogether. The next day I cancelled my order and have been waiting for my deposit to be reimbursed ever since. It has been 2 weeks and every time I call they confirm the reimbursement and tell me to check my bank account the next day. This morning I was told that "the machines were broken and that's why it didn't go through but we are doing it now". Every time I call I've been shuffled around to different incompetent employees. While on the phone today I actually heard one of these morons say "she's not being patient" then proceed to pick up another call where I could hear his conversation with another displeased customer.

to all you respect this is management, we try to to do our jobs every day some times it gets dificult because we can control the roads things can happen , accidents,trcks broke down so in this bussiness is impredictable,i do ipoligyze but our gold here to to do our service .
