My experience was similar to Todd Segar's. The first truck that was suppose to pick up my vehicle broke down. That was not a big deal, as the car was being shipped to my son at college and their was no rush. I was called 2 days later to say they had another truck that could pick up my vehicle but the driver wanted an additional $200. I said no, I would wait for a truck that could do it for our agreed upon amount. 10 days later, they had another truck that could pick up my vehicle, but he wanted an additional $25. I said if they could not ship the car for our agreed upon amount of $675.00 I was no longer interested. They agreed to refund the $25 diiference in my deposit,(which to date has not been seen) and the driver would get $600, which was suppose to be charged to a credit card the day the vehicle was picked up. The vehicle was picked up, and suppose to be delivered on Wednesday. My son who was receiving the car was notified Wednesday, it would be a day late. (again not a big deal) I received a call Thursday evening that the truck was in the area with the vehicle and that the $600 in cash should be ready.(apparently they forgot to charge credit card the day vehicle was picked up) I was then told I had to pay an additional $40 fee because they forgot to charge my credit card in time, and they would have to pay to wire the money. (not my problem) When I told them I would dispute the $40 fee, they accused me of trying to scam them and did not move forward with the transaction. My son had to scramble around at 10:30 at night asking his classmates to borrow money in order to get his vehicle. Hanz is still sticking to his story that I tried to scam them, but I seem to be the one out money. Luckily for me it's only $25. I feel really bad for others that are out alot more.

with your respect , i think that you should not been saying things like that. with people like you and todd that the only thing you are doing is to try to put people down by saying things the make no sence is how we going backward insted of moving foward.i dont apreciated the way you talk to my workers because tne only think we didi here is to try to help moving your son cars on time.also why dont you tell people here you were trying to scam my company , we contact you to explain everything i talk to you and told you the we need it you to pay the driver in cash , money order, cashiers check, you whent and told me to charge everything on your credit card i was ok with it , but i told you we need it a 6 % because i have to do a tranfer to the drivers account because they charge for the transation 30 dollars them you got all upset about, and them i give you the option of paying the driver upon delivery, them you told me ok charge the credit card everything but , you make a big mistake went you though i was not on the line i here you saying " I JUST GOING TO LET THEM CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD AND THEM I DO I CHARGE BACK AND IAM NOT PAYING THEM ANYTHING" THATS BEEN dishonest , and for future clients or interested people i have record of the conversation papeers the proof everything and for you lady we can take this to another level because you are lying and not only that your husband call my driver threatning him and telling him that he was going to stealing the car .
